CG Resource Management and Engineering Inc, (CGRME) was founded in 2013 by Cynthia Gabaldon, PE, CPSWQ, CPESC, QSD/P, QISP, ToR as a woman’s business owned enterprise, S Corporation.  The company’s focus is to provide environmental consulting and related engineering services.  Ms. Gabaldon has worked in the Inland Empire for over 30 years and has a thorough understanding of local jurisdictional needs.  Cynthia is recognized for providing expert, timely and cost-effective planning, environmental science, engineering, design, construction and program management services.  Located in La Verne, California, access to meeting locations, client offices and other entities is not an issue.
